When my daughter left for her summer program in Los Angeles, I thought I had planned for everything. I shipped her belongings ahead of time and checked every detail.
Her luggage never arrived.
What should have been an exciting milestone quickly became stressful. As I spoke with other families, I realized our experience wasn’t unique. Lost luggage, shipping delays, long lines, and empty shelves happen more often than families expect.
That experience inspired me to create Dormmate.
We thoughtfully design, coordinate, shop, ship, and prepare each dorm before move-in day, helping make one of life’s biggest transitions a little easier for your family.

With a degree in Business Administration and Accounting, I have built a diverse career spanning business operations, administration, accounting, human resources, and project management.
My professional experience includes leadership roles in the telecommunications industry and at American International Group, where I developed expertise in financial operations, budgeting, vendor management, and organizational leadership.
I later expanded my entrepreneurial experience through residential real estate investment, renovation, and remodeling projects, bringing a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every project I build.
With more than 20 years of experience, I bring a strategic and structured approach to financial leadership. My background in Systems Engineering, executive management, and finance allows me to support sustainable growth through data-driven planning and smart decision-making.
I focus on building efficient systems, optimizing performance, and creating scalable financial structures that support DormMate’s long-term vision. By combining globally recognized best practices with innovation and technology, I help ensure the company operates with clarity, stability, and purpose.
My goal is to provide a strong financial foundation that allows DormMate to grow with confidence.

My background in Business Administration and specialization in Managerial Marketing allow me to connect brand vision with meaningful client relationships.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with teams and customers to strengthen brand positioning, manage key accounts, and support long-term growth. At DormMate, I focus on ensuring our services communicate trust, clarity, and value—helping families feel confident from the very first interaction.

Business Administration · Specialization in Managerial Marketing
With a strong academic focus in architecture and design, I contribute to Dorm Mate’s creative vision through website development and student room concepts that balance style, function, and comfort.
I’ve experienced campus life firsthand through pre-college summer programs at the University of Miami and the University of Southern California, giving me insight into how students adapt to shared living spaces.
I am also the Founder and President of my school’s Architecture and Design Club and have completed an architecture internship at Upstairs Studio, gaining exposure to professional design workflows and model building.
As I pursue a future in architecture, I bring a student-centered, design-driven perspective to Dorm Mate—helping create spaces that feel functional, personal, and welcoming from day one.
